Nigeria: people proud to be Nigerian by zone 2021

Independence Day is celebrated in Nigeria on the first of October. A survey conducted on the occasion of this celebration in 2021 shows that about eight in 10 Nigerian citizens are proud of their country. The percentages of respondents who were most proud to be from Nigeria were in the Northern states, while the least proud came from the South, in particular from the South-Eastern states.
