Cushman & Wakefield was the first ranking commercial real estate brokerage company worldwide when considering the number of brokers employed by the company. In 2021, Cushman & Wakefield employed about 6847 brokers, while NAI Global ranked second with 5100 brokers. Cushman &Wakefield was among the top five ranking commercial real estate companies by sales volume and both companies were also among the top five ranking companies in the amount of space leased.
