Over 40 percent of the surveyed women in the global tech industry feel that in order for organizations and the overall industry to encourage more women into the field, there must be equal pay initiatives, there must be a way to ensure that the industry retains talented women and recruit them as ambassadors, and there must be more female tech speakers at high profile industry events. These three components are considered crucial to encouraging more women into tech as of 2019.
