Level of comfort with using mobile digital payment solutions Canada 2021
In 2021, almost 20 percent of Canadians claimed to be very uncomfortable with the idea of making payments through mobile payment apps or digital wallets, if this involved using their mobile phones. Nevertheless, 22 percent were somewhat comfortable with it, and further 13 percent claimed to be very accepting of using their mobile phones to effectuate such transactions.
