According to a survey conducted in October 2022, around 99.7 percent of the business establishments in Japan with one thousand or more employees were implementing measures to improve employees' state of mental health. The overall share of approximately 63.4 percent of businesses in Japan stated that they promoted measures for mental health improvement of workers.
