Non-grocery retail channel preference before COVID-19 South Korea 2021, by age
Rakuten Insight in South Korea in June 2021 on what retail channels they preferred for non-food items before the coronavirus pandemic started, around 47 percent of respondents between 25 and 34 years old answered to have preferred a mix of online and offline retail channels. While this was the preferred retail channel for non-food items across all age groups, the older generations tended to prefer offline shopping more, while the younger generations tended to do more online shopping.
According to a survey conducted by
