According to a survey conducted in October 2022, approximately 99.1 percent of the business establishments in Japan with 1000 or more employees promoting workplace mental health conducted stress level assessments for their workers. The overall share of businesses in Japan implementing measures for mental health accounted for around 63.1 percent.
