Reasons for shopping less in-store post COVID-19 restriction in China 2021

According to a survey on retail shopping behavior conducted by Rakuten Insight in June 2021 in China, 36 percent of respondents would shop less in physical stores because of the convenience of online shopping. In contrast, around 30 percent of respondents stated they go less offline shopping to avoid the crowd.
