Most popular types of restaurants in China 2021
According to a survey conducted between March and April 2021, about 68 percent of Chinese adult respondents stated that they had visited a local casual restaurant in the past three months. Fast-food chains followed with 59 percent of respondents. In the same survey, MSG was the top ingredient that most Chinese adults would like to reduce or avoid in their diet.
