Commercial messages received by smartphone users by platform 2021

According to a survey of smartphone users conducted between December 2020 and January 2021 in ten markets worldwide, the same number of iOS and Android respondents reported receiving between two and five commercial messages on their mobile phones per week, with 32 percent of all respondents indicating this frequency. In comparison, 15 percent of all respondents worldwide reported receiving more than 20 mobile commercial messages on a weekly basis.
