Italy: reasons to do holiday shopping in-store 2021
Among the respondents of the survey conducted in Italy in 2021, 80 percent said they were likely to shop for holiday presents in physical stores because they enjoy the experience of visiting stores during the holiday season. Seeing and touching the presents was the second most-named reason for in-store shopping, with 43 percent of the respondents selecting this option.
