COVID-19 impact on travel destination choice in Russia 2021
Nearly one fifth of Russians switched to domestic travel from holidays abroad due to the COVID-19 pandemic, according to a survey from July 2021. Furthermore, more than 20 percent of respondents had already preferred travelling around Russia before outbound travel restrictions were imposed.
