As of August 2022, buy-now-pay-later BNPL service provider Klarna counted approximately 150 million active users. Competitors Afterpay, and Affirm could count on way fewer users compared to the Swedish fintech company. As of August 2022, Afterpay had 16 million active users, while Affirm had 13.9 million.
