Cost of part-time childcare Britain 2024

In 2024, the average cost of part-time childcare in Great Britain varied by the age and the type of care offered, with nurseries generally being more expensive than childminders, and care for older children cheaper than for younger ones. The weekly cost of a part-time nursery place for under twos was just under 157.68 British pounds a week, compared with just 151.72 pounds per week for two-year-old's.
