According to a survey from 2021, 90 percent of the respondents in Taiwan would shop in physical stores as frequently as they used to after the COVID restrictions were lifted. In comparison, 57 percent of respondents in Malaysia and Indonesia would be shopping in physical stores as much as they used to post-COVID restrictions.
