Willingness to pay for connected car services in selected countries 2021
In 2021, some 69 percent of respondents in Germany were willing to pay 180 U.S. dollars per year for a "full set" of connected car services. In the United States, about 62 percent of respondents would not mind spending 148 U.S. dollars annually on connected car services. Chinese respondents, however, valued connected car services less than their German and U.S. counterparts. Some 94 percent of Chinese respondents were willing to pay 52 U.S. dollars for these services annually.
