Interest in apparel shops offering click-and-collect in the UK 2021, by age
A survey in August 2021 revealed that nearly half of millennial shoppers in the UK were more likely to visit an apparel store if it offered click-and-collect and returns services. Gen X consumers showed the second-highest interest in this purchase option, with 42 percent of respondents driven by click-and-collect.
