Types of shoppertainment that most interest consumers in Europe 2020
When asked about the forms of shoppertainment they were most interested in, nearly 60 percent of European consumers expressed interest in livestreaming on e-commerce platforms. Surveying consumers in Poland, Spain, France, and the UK, the study also revealed that 53 percent of shoppers in these countries were interested in social media livestreaming. Meanwhile, 50 percent were interested in product content posted by influencers.
