Main reasons for continued use of digital services Philippines 2021, by category
According to a survey on the internet economy in Southeast Asia in 2021, 80 percent of digital users surveyed in the Philippines stated they were using digital services for food delivery since it made their life easier or more convenient. Meanwhile, 54 percent of respondents used digital services for the same reason because it already became part of their routine, especially after the COVID-19 outbreak.
