Global acceptance of telework employer monitoring 2021, by age cohort
In 2021, 42 percent of 25 to 44 year old respondents were comfortable with their employer monitoring login and logout times if it meant they could work from home. Notably, younger employees were more comfortable with monitoring solutions being implemented while working remotely. Overall, respondents were less comfortable with their microphone being monitored.
