A 2021 survey revealed that 37 percent of millennial shoppers in France were more likely to visit an apparel store if it offered click-and-collect and return services. Generation X was the generation that showed the second-highest interest in this shopping option, with 36 percent of respondents. Boomers were more inclined to visit an apparel store with free click-and-collect than Gen Z respondents.
