Downsizing red meat intake to fight climate change in 2019, by country
Reponses to a survey about red meat consumption show that over half of respondents in all surveyed countries have already reduced their intake of red meat. Over 90 percent of respondents in China indicated that they have already reduced the amount of red meat they eat, or intend to do so. The U.S. had the least amount of people intending to reduce red meat consumption.
