In August 2020, approximately 25 percent of respondents in Germany, the United Kingdom (U.K.), and the United States (U.S.) stated that an improvement in taste would lead to an interest in trying plant-based meat. Moreover, nearly 24 percent stated that a lower price could potentially increase their interest in such products.
