Leading reasons to try out a new online store on Black Friday in France 2021
When asked what usually makes them try a new online store on Black Friday, more than half (55 percent) of shoppers in France mentioned free shipping. It was followed by great deals and fast shipping, with 53 percent and 41 percent of respondents, respectively. In addition, 14 percent of French shoppers said that a hassle-free return of their order would be a reason for them to try an e-commerce site they had not used before.
