In a race to go cashless, digital and online transactions have quickly become the norm in India. As of the year 2021, just under 60 percent respondents of a survey claimed to have carried out transactions that involved banking or transferring money to someone. Meanwhile, accessing telehealth services or ordering other services were some of the less frequently conducted mobile transactions in that year.
