Hong Kong: awareness of virtual restaurant and cloud kitchen by age 2021

According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchen conducted by Rakuten Insight in August 2021, approximately 24 percent of respondents from Hong Kong aged between 25 to 34 years stated that they knew about virtual restaurant and cloud kitchen. Meanwhile, about 61 percent of respondents who were 55 years and older stated that they had never heard of such terms.
