According to a survey on food services and cloud kitchen conducted by Rakuten Insight in August 2021, about 47 percent of respondents in China had a positive or quite positive experience ordering food from a virtual restaurant or cloud kitchen. The same survey also revealed that fast delivery was the main reason for their positive experience.
