
Personal features consumers wish brands knew more about worldwide 2021
According to a survey conducted in April 2021 among consumers in the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand, 40 percent of consumers said they wished brands knew more about their style preferences and what suits them. This was followed by 24 percent of consumers stating they wished brands knew more about their household needs, while 20 percent expressed a desire for brands to know more about their economic situation.
