U.S. children who have been victims of cyberbullying 2021, by sexual orientation
According to a survey conducted in the United States in June 2021, 31.7 percent of teens who were not heterosexual had been recent victims of cyberbullying. Of heterosexual youth, 20.8 percent reported that they had experienced cyberbullying, demonstrating that those who belong to a sexual minority are almost 50 percent more likely to experience cyberbullying victimization.
