In the National Cyber Security Index (NCSI), Russia received the highest-possible number of points in e-identification, trust services, personal data protection, and military cyber operations in 2021. The lowest score was achieved in contribution to global cyber security, where Russia's NCSI fulfillment reached one out of six points, or 17 percent.
