Number of SKUs of quick commerce startups 2021

Unlike traditional e-commerce companies, quick commerce players maintain a small number of stock-keeping units (SKUs) to improve inventory and speed up deliveries. In 2021, German startup Gorillas and Turkish Getir had about 1,500 and 2,000 SKUs, respectively, cutting their average delivery time to 10 minutes. By comparison, U.S. startup Gopuff had about 4,000 SKUs, nearly quadrupling its delivery time.
