Share of employees on home office in Spain 2022, by age
In Spain, studies on telecommuting showed that the age group of employees between 35 and 54 years old had the highest share of remote workers, with 13.5 percent. It was followed by those 55 and older, among them, 12.1 percent of workers telecommuted more than half their work days. This study also showed that big companies, with 250 employees or more, were the most accepting of home office practices.
