Luxury shopping channel preference by product category in the UK 2021
According to a recent survey conducted in the United Kingdom (UK), luxury shoppers preferred in-store purchasing for most categories in the luxury product segment. 42 percent of the surveyed luxury shoppers stated that they bought watches and jewelry, as well as and food and beverages from physical stores in 2021. On the other hand, luxury fashion products and luxury travel were mainly purchased online, with 39 percent and 51 percent of the luxury shoppers choosing this purchasing channel, respectively.
