Effect of using virtual dressing rooms on online luxury shopping in the UK 2021
According to a recent survey conducted among luxury shoppers in the United Kingdom (UK), being able to use a virtual dressing room was more important for younger shoppers when buying luxury products online. 23 percent of UK luxury shoppers aged between 18 and 24 stated that use of a virtual dressing room was a factor leading them to making online purchases. In contrast, only four percent of luxury shoppers belonging to the age group between 57 and 66 said the ability of using a virtual dressing room influenced them to make an online purchase.
