GB: energy supply switching consumer satisfaction

At the end of 2022, the majority of British consumers who had switched their energy supplier were satisfied with the overall switching process, according to a survey conducted in the months of November and December. In addition, roughly six out of ten respondents were satisfied with the ease of comparing suppliers and their prices.
