French awareness of repairability index 2021

According to the source, 76 percent of the interrogated French in this second survey claimed to have heard of the repairabilty index for electric and electronic devices that has been put into place in the beginning of 2021 in France. The awareness of the index has thus seen a slight rise compared to the first survey that was conducted earlier that year (71 percent). The survey also revealed that the awareness is higher among the population aged 50 and older with 83 to 85 percent, compared to persons under 50 years with 64 to 70 percent.
