During a survey conducted among podcast consumers in Brazil in October 2020, around 57 percent of respondents said they started to listen to podcasts during the COVID-19 outbreak. Approximately 31 percent of interviewees stated that they already listened to podcasts but started to listen more amidst the pandemic.
