CRE sustainability measures Europe

According to a survey among European senior commercial real estate executives in finance, operations, talent, and technology conducted between July and August 2021, prioritizing green leasing was the most important sustainability action. Approximately 57 percent of the respondents were likely to take this action in order to minimize their environmental impact in the next 12 to 18 months. Procuring electricity from renewable sources, on the other hand, was the least popular action, with about 37 percent of respondents planning to adopt it.
