Problems encountered with repair sevices in France 2019
In this survey from 2019, the French respondents have been asked what problems they faced with the services they hired to repair their products. According to the source, 19 percent of respondents stated that they have fallen into dispute with their repair service. Of these 19 percent of respondents, almost one out of three claimed that their appliances haven't been repaired effectively. Deadlines (29 percent) and repair costs (28 percent) were also among the most common problems that have been encountered by customers.
