As of September 2021, a survey conducted on online shopping preference in Thailand revealed that 25 percent of the surveyed respondents decreased their online spending on FMCG products after the COVID-19 pandemic. In comparison, 39 percent of surveyed respondents increased their spending on these products during the pandemic.
