In a survey conducted in 2022 of global retailers, it was found that on average, 3.7 percent of all e-commerce orders in Latin America were fraudulent. While that region had the highest proportion of fraudulent domestic online orders, Asia-Pacific ranked first in fraudulent international web orders.
