U.S. average fraud attacks on e-merchants 2022

According to a 2022 survey, e-commerce merchants in the United States reported an average of over 1,200 fraud attacks per month, which is a more than 50 percent increase from the previous year. However, despite this notable rise in the number of attempts, the average number of successful monthly fraud attempts only saw a marginal increase.
