Investments in green buildings in Germany 2021, by end use
In 2021, most of the investments in green buildings in Germany were for office space. Logistics was the end use with the second biggest share of green building investments. There was almost half a billion euros of green building investments for logistics, and roughly 350 million euros for hotels. In 2021, there were almost 12.4 billion euros of investment in green buildings in Germany overall.
