Finns on seeking help in case of mental health issues 2022

In 2022, more than half of surveyed Finns said that they would seek help from their friends or family if they were to experience mental health issues such as stress and anxiety. A further 40 percent of the respondents stated that they would ask a family doctor or general practitioner for help.
