Uranium resources in African countries 2019
Namibia had 448,300 metric tons of uranium in recoverable resources as of 2019, the largest amount in Africa. Currently, the country presents the largest uranium production on the continent. Niger, the second main uranium producer in Africa, had 276,400 recoverable resources of the mineral.
