In Germany, the share of online shoppers who bought products through a smartphone or mobile device daily or weekly increased significantly in the months between March and December of 2021. In March, only 23 percent of surveyed respondents said they purchased via the mobile channel every day or week, whereas 35 percent of respondents in December said the same.
