Preferred beer brands in Japan 2021
According to a survey conducted in March 2021 in Japan, the majority of Japanese consumers had at least one preferred beer brand. Asahi's in-house brand Asahi Super Dry led the ranking, with almost 40 percent of respondents naming the dry lager beer as their preferred brand. The six leading brands were under the umbrella of the major domestic breweries Asahi Group Holdings, Suntory Holdings Limited, Kirin Holdings Company, and Sapporo Breweries.
