Distribution of internet users in Africa 2011-2018, by region
Between 2011 and 2018, most internet users on the African continent were in the Northern region, which accounted for 33 percent of all users. It was followed by Southern Africa, making up 21 percent of internet users. Central Africa had the lowest percentage of all users at 14 percent.
