A 2022 research on hotel projects in Dubai revealed that luxury hotels represented 58 percent out of 118 upcoming hotel projects in the city. First-class hotels accounted for the rest with 50 projects. According to the source, approximately half of these 118 planned developments were expected to be finished by the end of 2022.
