The Hong Kong Exchange has two trading boards. In 2024, the number of listed companies on the Main Board reached 2,283, and the GEM board was home to 326 companies. Compared to the Main Board, the Growth Enterprise Market has lower listing requirements, making it easier for small and medium-sized companies to access the capital market.
